Train

The New York City Subway system is a marvel of engineering. It is generally safe and transports millions of people daily.

The motor persons who run and drive the trains from the station to station should be well trained. They have an obligation to keep a lookout for anything on the tracks including a person. They have an obligation to drive the train at a reasonable speed and to be able to stop for a person who may have unfortunately been pushed or fallen onto the tracks.

Cases against the New York City Transit Authority are complex, require expert opinions from engineers, and usually involve catastrophic damage.

This office has a history of being a leader in subway accident cases and in recovering in those cases for most unfortunate victims.
